Processing time
The time it takes to prepare an order for shipping varies between 1-3 days or 2 - 4 weeks. For specific details, please read individual product descriptions.

Please Note... we don't do refund/ exchange or return. 

Due to the handmade nature of our business.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective: Vintage items, Sales items, bespoke or personalised orders, intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons) all sales are final.

Please note that Jazzieo Textile cannot refund any postage and packaging charges.

Approximate Delivery Times:

  • UK: 2-3 business days
  • Europe: 5-8 business days
  • USA: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 7-15 business days

Please note that the above timings are UK Royal Mail provided estimates; delivery can take less or more time depending on seasonal and weather variations. 

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Standard Delivery or other UK delivery company in order to keep customer shipping costs low. If you require tracking, you must pay for upgraded shipping at checkout. Jazzieo Textile cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit. There for please make sure you provide the correct delivery details for your order.

Your item(s) will arrive neatly packaged, perfect for gift giving. All efforts and precautions are taken to ensure a safe and undamaged delivery.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that you use recorded delivery for your own protection. Jazzieo Textile cannot accept responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If items are not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Because most items are made to order, Jazzieo Textile does not accept cancellations after Orders have been placed. But please contact us. if you have any problems with your order before you receive your "shipped" notification email.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Jazzieo Textile is also not responsible if any unfortunate delays that may occur due to customs.

Customer details are processed in accordance with local law and Jazzieo Textile will never sell them on to third parties.

Confidential information such as your address and credit card details will only be used to fulfil your order. Your card details are verified automatically online Payments or Paypal. Their secure servers will always encrypt the information you provide, before being sent over the Internet, in order to eliminate any fraudulent activity.
